All sales are final. We do not accept returns for refund, at the exception of items shipped within Dakar under 24 hours.
Returns
Pertinence will accept merchandise in its original condition for a refund of the purchase price when accompanied by the original invoice; the garment must be unworn and the security tags should be attached.
To be eligible for a refund, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at info@pertinence.com with pictures of the damaged items, then return the damaged item to us. Upon the receipt of the damaged item, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.
Your payment will be credited back to the original purchaser’s credit card.
The returns for refund will proceed within 5-10 working days of receiving the item, however card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete. This depends on their processing time and can vary greatly between card issuers. Unfortunately, we are therefore unable to influence this.
We do not refund shipping costs.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. Due to the brand’s adopted production mechanism of fulfilling mainly pre-order garments and customized gowns, we are unable to guarantee the availability of the same exact piece at the time the customer requires the exchange.
Lost or Stolen PackagesPertinence is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Pertinence will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
